JCB Emblem: Display Regulations

The JCB Emblem contains gradations of three colors, blue, red and green, and this is the basic display.
It is essential to display the JCB Emblem in gradations whenever possible.

However, JCB emblems can be used alone in the following cases.

  • When you use the logos on a web media (ex. web banner, header and footer of webpage, etc)
  • When it is not appropriate to use the brand message (ex. apology letter, etc)
  • When you use the logo as the symbol of JCB (ex. signage, testimonials from JCB, etc)
  • When you use JCB emblem logo to show the acceptance of JCB (ex. on the card itsself, stickers for merchants, etc)
  • When our business partners (ex. franchisees, issuers, etc) promote their own messages
  • *To ensure visibility, web media that are intended to be seen by using smartphones should be used logo alone. (without brand message)
  • *If the JCB emblem and JCB corporate logo are going to be used alone in any other case, you must get approval first from Corporate Communications. Please contact the staff in charge.
  • *Special data and usage regulations have been prepared separately for display on card faces. Please contact your JCB account executive for details.
  • *Please contact your JCB account executive if you need color samples (color chips) for use in print or advertising materials.

It is recommended that the JCB Emblem be displayed against a white background to assure correct expression of the brand image.
